The Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Southwark) Order 1993

This Order designates the whole of the London boroughs of Richmond upon Thames (excluding the roads referred to in Schedule 1) and Southwark (excluding the roads and areas referred to in Schedule 2) as special parking areas for the purposes of Part II of the Road Traffic Act 1991 with effect from 31st January 1994. The Order also makes consequential modifications to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and to Part II of the 1991 Act.
